I just left this restaurant, I highly recommend it, everyone that works there are great, I haven't been in a while because of mostly the employees were not nice and the restaurant wasn't as clean as it should be, I have to say it was spotless, I met Carlos one of the managers (WOW) What a nice guy! I also noticed how great he treated his team! I will definitely be a regular customer again! Nice meeting you Carlo's!
Firstly, this was one of the cleanest restaurants I've been in. This is a local fast-casual chain based out of Tampa. It looks like they have about 14 locations. They have wings, tenders, salads, burgers, fish, shrimp, gyros, bowls and some desserts. I had a Greek salad w/ chicken & some tenders. Salad was really good with fresh veggies. Grilled chicken was AMAZING super tender and juicy. Tenders were excellent and very good quality cuts of meat but slightly on the small side. Buffalo sauce was pretty good, they have a good sauce selection. Service was very friendly & attentive. Food came out more quickly than expected. They have a drive thru too. Overall it is kinda like Culver's but better food. I really hope they expand into more parts of Florida. I would eat here regularly if there was one near me.
Love this Salems! The employees are friendly and professional! Big shout out to the morning girls Sara, Caress and Ty and the cooks in the back! Also the restaurant manager is great and always super professional! Great energy! And The food is always great and fresh they go out their way to make sure everything I order is always in the bag! Those employees deserve a raise!! Although reading the previous reviews is very disappointing if only all people could understand the reason the food takes awhile is because everything IS MADE TO ORDER which means! They make it when you order it haha for those that don’t know what that means anyways dont worry about the other reviews you guys always treat me and I’m sure others with great and upmost respect! Keep it up guys! And to Salem you will always have my business!
I had my best experience in Salem's Fresh Eats. They are working really good. A cool boy on front desk was so friendly and helpful with amazing positive energy , he helped me to choose food as I was confused, he recommended me number 3 and it was shrimps and fish and fries. A good mix . It was fresh and delicious! The price was reasonable, the place is pretty clean, service was great and fast, parking lot is available. Highly recommended and Thank you
Our first visit there and the food, staff, and customer service was amazing. I never expect anything to be perfect and there was an issue with the time to cook part of our order. Without hesitation the manager was positive and willing to compensate for available replacements. The food was tender and delicious, well worth trying! In contrast, the drive through took a long time to acknowledge us so I ended up going inside (a good choice in the end).
Carlos is an awesome assett to this company, his service, his concern about his store, maintaining a clean establishment, making sure his customers are taken care of. He was a pleasure to deal with! I'll b back so I can receive that same awesome service & his great smile for every customer.
I made my first visit, and had a hamburger and chicken sandwich, as they were 2 for a special price, and I had some onion rings to go with them. The staff was friendly and the food tasted freshly made, hot, and what I think was a generous portion. I had a soda, but they have milkshakes that look really good. I will definitely return to try their milkshakes as well as other food offerings. You can eat inside, or get your food to go. They also have an app so you can skip the line by ordering ahead.
